We all know this one. He’s the guy that just won’t let anybody have their turn on the squat rack or any other gym machine. He’ll take his time doing his routine with total disregard for other people’s time. People like this should be put in check right away so they don’t become permanent gym hoggers.

First timers have this pride in them that makes them think they know how to lift without a trainer. It’s either arrogance or they’re just plain shy to ask for help. You can spot them in the leg-raisers not knowing what the hell they’re doing.

 

1. The Inappropriately Dressed

Yes, these people exist. They go to the gym in clothes for going out, or for sleeping, or worst of all, clothes for partying. Not only do they look like complete douchebags, they also put themselves at risk of injury. Please, don’t be this guy.
