Tagaytay’s restaurant pool just got better with the recent addition of Amacena. Chef Luigi Muhlach transforms classic Filipino dishes into modern comfort food. They use humble longganisa to elevate macaroni and cheese, for example. They’ve also perfected lechon kawali’s fat to meat ratio and of course, the crucial crispy skin. It’s paired with monggo puree for balance.
Look forward to other interesting entrees, and don’t leave without having dessert. Their leche flan turon with vanilla ice cream will surely end your meal on a happy note.

On April 28, the US’ number one steak chain is entering Manila’s culinary scene. Get your appetite ready for premium steaks, ribs and other well-executed American dishes.
