Know how much water your body needs daily (we all know that the average is 8 glasses, but it can vary from person to person). Drinking enough water keeps your skin healthy, and flushes toxins out of your body. Sometimes when you think you feel hungry, you might actually just be thirsty. So invest in a nice water bottle to make you look forward to drinking more water!

3. More veggies is always good for you.

Since, after these reminders, you’re going to start preparing your own meals more often, never skip the veg when you do your grocery shopping. You’ll be surprised at how easy it is to make veggies taste great with a few condiments, and how much cheaper they are than meat and junk food. Go for dark, leafy greens and as many colors of veggies as you can manage.
