In case you missed it, Jovit Baldivino’s song remixes are slowly taking over social media, some better than others. Jovit was Pilipinas Got Talent‘s first winner and his 2009 song, Ika’y Mahal Pa Rin has been resurfacing as a meme but we’re slowly realizing that this song fits every remix edit it’s made with. And the most unexpected remix of all: a song from one of the childhood shows we grew up with. If kids are having too much difficulty while learning science, this would be the perfect background song. Or every science major ever: you’re breaking my heart pero ikaw ay mahal pa rin. Gotta get that degree.
