8 Alternate Burial Spots for Marcos

Diwata-1

Via Wikimedia Commons

An alternative way to unite the nation is by sending the Marcos body to space and attaching it to the Diwata-1 satellite, making it the first ever space burial in the world. Who knows? Maybe our first contact with aliens would be them wondering what the glass-encased container floating around in space is.

Mount Pinatubo

If you really want an impressive headstone for Marcos, why not drop his body into the Mount Pinatubo volcano? The spirit of Mount Pinatubo may like this offering so much that it goes back to sleep again. Now that’s hitting two birds with one stone.

Yamashita Treasure

This alternative option isn’t technically a place as nobody knows where the legendary Yamashita Treasure is located. However, Imelda Marcos has claimed their wealth was sourced from this treasure. Given this, bury Marcos with the treasure wherever it’s hidden and load it with traps so that nobody can get in. This way, Marcos can disprove the saying that, “You can’t take it with you.”

Davao City

Since President Duterte is all praises for the former president, maybe he’d like to keep the body in his hometown?

Any suggestions where else he could be buried? Let us know below.
