If you don’t have this app yet, you need to. It’s really that simple. One of the reasons we tend to ignore our diet New Year’s Resolution is because it’s such a drag to have to watch what we eat. This app takes all that drudgery out of the way with a simple interface that helps you plan your meals towards a healthier you.
