After seeing all the charming behind-the-scenes photos of Margot Robbie as Barbie and Ryan Gosling as Ken wearing the brightest pink outfits in the world, everyone has become even more excited for the upcoming live action movie directed by Greta Gerwig. More than that, everyone has gotten a little nostalgic for childhood when all you had to worry about was when the next Barbie movie would come next. It’s a good thing that Netflix has the perfect timing, because they’re about to drop four classic Barbie movies on the streaming platform this month!

Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper

Synopsis: Barbie plays two roles in this adaptation of Mark Twain’s story. She is both a royal princess and a poor village girl, both of whom look amazingly alike. Their paths cross again and again until Princess Anneliese is captured and her look-alike Erika must try to save her.

Barbie and the Magic of Pegasus

Synopsis: With her trusty partner, the winged horse Brietta, Barbie as Princess Annika works hard to defeat an evil warlock, who has cast a devious spell over Cloud Kingdom.

Barbie as Rapunzel

Synopsis: Barbie as the princess Rapunzel is kept trapped in a high tower by a devious witch and a dragon. After she discovers a secret tunnel beneath the tower, Rapunzel is able to explore the world of the nearby kingdom, where she meets a handsome prince.

Barbie: The Nutcracker

Synopsis: Barbie as Little Clara wakes up to find her new nutcracker doll coming to life to battle against the Mouse King. The King shrinks Clara to their size, so she must do whatever it takes to find a princess who can reverse the magic.
