If it’s a game of I Spy, they would have lost the moment it started.
Campaign period for the 2016 elections doesn’t start until January, yet lo and behold, we’re already seeing familiar faces and last names all over. Although technically that’s already a violation, the policy only applies to a legitimate candidate, one who has already filed a certificate of candidacy which won’t happen until October 12.
And yet, we still don’t know who he is!
