Its official Metro Manila is now placed under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) which means people are now allowed to go out with strict social distancing rules. With over 18,000 confirmed cases, the Philippines is far from beating the virus. But since we’re now placed under GCQ, some employers are now requiring their employees to go to physically report to work. Here’s how people are reacting to the start of GCQ in Metro Manila.
