It’s not like people will just forget the death of one Zoe Barnes, right? The plot threads that remain untied would come unraveling and dragging Frank deeper and deeper into the muck. It becomes very interesting to see if Frank could possibly get away again, when angering the people after him just emboldens them to try even harder.

Pure speculation on our part, but the last two seasons were made ridiculously compelling because of murder. Could Season 4 feature this again?

2. A return to form

While it may be debatable if Season 4 is Frank’s best season yet, it can be easy to determine that it is a much better-paced season than the last one. This return to form is a welcome development, because the last thing we need is a larger-than-life character like Frank Underwood becoming neutered into cartoonish incompetence.

While Frank Underwood is much better in Season 4, it is pretty clear that he could find himself quickly overshadowed by Claire, and the two Presidential aspirants gunning for him, who both happen to be female. Is this deliberate, given Hillary Clinton? It may very well be.
