Quit making excuses, and get off your lazy butt! Instead of spending hours on social media—procrastinating—go sweat it out. Set aside at least 30 minutes a day to do something active, even if it’s just taking the stairs to and from your class at the 11th floor.
There will be times when you’ll feel like you can’t afford to take a break just to make the deadline. But, succumbing to that is a fast ticket to weight gain and worse—getting sick. If you don’t know how to cook, consider these diet delivery services. They make healthy-eating convenient, and they’re transparent with what goes in the menu.
Coffee will probably be your ever-dependable College companion—keeping you awake and giving you the strength to face life. Drinking a moderate amount, about two cups a day, is perfectly fine. As long as you ditch the milk and sugar!
