When you’re at work, take the high road and always stay professional so your boss won’t even have anything to say about you. And who knows, your boss seeing you cool and professional might make him ashamed of how he’s been acting. Just imagine suffocating your boss with your laptop charger on your own time.
This is a simple trick but it’ll definitely help you go from this:
Before you type out your resignation letter, try to talk to your boss about your concerns and how it’s been affecting yours and everyone else’s work (if that’s also the case). An honest talk won’t hurt anybody and might actually help not just you but also your boss.
Hey, you’ve tried talking to your boss but he’s still got a stick shoved up his butt. You know you deserve to be treated better. And if you think your career growth is being suppressed by this asshat of a boss, all the more reason to treat yourself to a nice, hot bath and take a trip to HR the day after.
