Infinite Time: Reasons Why We Aren’t Over Super Show 8 in Manila

After nine years since their first concert in Manila, 15 Super Junior came back this month with their Infinite Time: Super Show 8 tour. As expected, the members delivered an amazing show filled with an amazing setlist that included hits from their previous albums. The group also made E.L.F’s laugh with their comedic acts.

The group proved that they are indeed timeless with their contagious energy. Since the PCD is so real right now, here are the most memorable moments in Super Show 8 in Manila:

 

English Time

During their first ment, the members each delivered their message for their fans. Which led to them speaking or at least try to speak in English. This drew endless laughs from E.L.F.s as the boys challenged each other’s English-speaking skills.

 

Frozen

It was pretty clear that main dancer Eunhyuk is a fan of Frozen because during his first message he sang “Into the Unknown” from Frozen 2. He also reenacted one famous Frozen scene with fellow member Kyuhyun.

 

Sapphire Blue Ocean

The Arena was full of beautiful sapphire blue lights all thanks to E.LF.s’ beautiful lightsticks! Another memorable part of the show was how the light sticks would change color according to the song.

 

Special Stage

 

Fans were delighted when the show’s organizer teased the special eight shaped stage, this meant that the boys could be closer to the fans. Another highlight was the special lights and fireworks that would to off at an ending of a song. Kudos to the team of Pulp Live World for the amazing stage design as well as making sure the show was perfect from start to end.

 

Sex Bomb Ryeowook

 

Main vocalist Ryeowook sure proved that he is not only an amazing balladeer but also an amazing dancer. During K.R.Y’s dance-off, he showed off his sexy dance that is now dubbed as Sex Bomb Ryeowook.

 

A Special Guest

 

Member Shindong’s mom came all the way from South Korea to watch his son perform during the concert. She was briefly shown on the LED screen with the members greeting her, Shindong greeted his mom by saying “Love is not mom. Love is E.L.F. Why? Because mom is E.L.F”, referring to their What is Love set.

 

Meaningful Tattoo

Eunhyuk also showed the fans his special “Phil” fake tattoo which stands for Philippines. He said that it was a special tattoo he got to show his love for Filipino E.L.F.s, which was met with endless cheers from fans.

 

Spoiler

During their last ment, Leader Leeteuk said that they are currently preparing a new album. This announcement was followed up by a promise that they’ll come back to the country and even hold a concert for two days. So E.L.F.s, better start saving up as early as now!
