There is not a day that fans of James Reid and Nadine Lustre (JaDine) wish that the ex-couple would get back together. Or if they’re not truly meant to be, then maybe they can partner up for another project like singing a duet or becoming an on-screen love team again. TBH, we as a nation lack JaDine content which is why fans are quick to jump on opportunities that present themselves. Case in point, combining James’ lechon photo and Nadine’s Mang Tomas meme even if they’re totally unrelated.

Over the weekend, James shared a series of snaps that gave everyone a glimpse of his vacation in Cebu with his gang. They spent time on a private boat, played mobile games, had a pushup battle, the works. But what caught everyone’s attention was a photo of the actor squatting beside a whole lechon — a mouthwatering roasted pig Cebu is best known for — and noticeably lacking sarsa to go with it. As luck would have it, clever netizens know someone who has sarsa and needs lechon to enjoy it with.

Like her ex-boyfriend, Nadine has recently spent time going to the beach with friends. The actress stayed for a while on the beautiful island of Siargao where she was randomly pictured at a local grocery nonchalantly buying a bottle of Mang Tomas. The photo became a meme overnight and had everyone craving lechon manok or, you know, lechon baboy.
So we’ve got James with the lechon and Nadine with the sarsa to complement each other. Cue JaDine fans and netizens having the time of their lives teasing the ex couple online.
