Last Sunday, James shared photos of the property, bare of personal effects, and said he’s putting it up for sale. The post was immediately flooded with likes and comments, all with mixed emotions.

The house

Located in Loyola Grand Villas, Katipunan, the property features three stories with roomy living areas, seven bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, two large kitchens, a swimming pool, a recording studio, a gym, and a huge garage. The house is being sold for PHP 80 million.

Boundary-breaking pair

In a conservative country like the Philippines, the former couple made waves after being rumored to be living together (and later publicly admitting it). Remember Nadine’s iconic “Come on, guys, it’s 2017!” from way back? It was all about this house and their then-living arrangement. Which made this house all the more memorable.

Fans of the former couple are heartbroken

For JaDine fans, there were “too many memories” in that house, and it’s like reliving the breakup all over again. Fans are mourning the closing of the JaDine book.

JaDine’s break-up

The former couple broke up in late 2019, and went public about the breakup on the first day of 2020. There have been rumors about the two possibly getting back together, but those remained just that: rumors.

Still friends

Despite their breakup, James and Nadine are still good friends. The two continue working together, especially on music, as Nadine is signed with the label owned by James.

Moved on?

Nadine has been spotted with a rumored new beau, but there has been no confirmation from the actress.

When asked about what he feels seeing his ex in a possible new relationship, James said: “I don’t think anyone in that situation is really excited to see their ex with someone else, but you know, that’s not my choice. . . . I’m not her husband, neither am I her father, so she can do whatever makes her the happiest.” We stan healthy exes!
