ICYMI, Korean group Seventeen is bringing their Follow concert tour to the Philippines, and actress, beauty queen, gamer, and certified fangirl Megan Young was over the moon. And her first reaction? Teasing her ever-supportive husband Mikael Daez!

In a quote tweet of the concert announcement, Megan tagged her husband and wrote: “OMG! Congratulations!!! Ikaw ang napili ko para ilibre ako ng ticket.”

Fofo to Asia

If you’ve been following this couple on social media, you’ll know that they like teasing each other a lot. So of course, Mikael joined in on the fun, editing the original concert poster. He replaced the Seventeenmembers with his own face and even renamed the tour “Fofo to Asia.”

“I got you Bonez! Nakakuha na ako ng tickets!! Tama ba yung kinuhanan ko?? Tayong dalawa lang ata manunuod,” the actor wrote. In case you didn’t know, Fofo is Mikael’s nickname, while Bonez is Megan’s.

Megan couldn’t decide on what her reaction should be: “Di ko alam kung iiyak ba ako o tatawa hahahahaha,” complete with crying, laughing, and heart-eye emojis. Same, Megan, same.

Carats (a.k.a. fans of Seventeen) had a good laugh over the edit and even jumped in on the joke, renaming the members and calling Mikael an “all-rounder idol.”

Another commented on how good Mikael’s edit is, including the color match of the lighting and skin tone of his photo with the members.

The edit was also reposted on Facebook, where it has garnered over 29,000 reactions and 1,700 shares as of writing. “Unfollow tour po ata yan,” one comment read.

Fangirl Megan and supportive S.O. Mikael

Megan has frequently shared her K-fangirl adventures on social media. She attended Seventeen’s Be The Sun concerts last year. In April, she went to Seoul to visit the Seventeen Street Exhibition. She also attended BTS’ Suga’s solo concert D-Day in Jakarta last May. And Mikael has always tagged along, taking pictures of her and being an overall supportive hubby.

Seventeen is set to return to the Philippine stage with their Follow tour. The group will make history once again as the first international artist to hold a concert in the Philippine Sports Stadium this coming January 13, 2024.
