Whether you’re moving to a small apartment or dorm or you’re beefing up your room’s aesthetics, we found the perfect item just for you. Ccomo’s miniature refrigerator is more than a simple appliance that could store your favorite food — it has other functions too that would make it the perfect mini fridge for everyone.
South Korean refrigerator company Gomotec collaborated with global character brand Line Friends to create an irresistible must-have – a multi-functional mini fridge.
It’s available in two Line Friends character versions, Sally the chick and Brown the bear. The mini-fridge has three main functions: it keeps your drinks chilled, it has a UV sanitization feature, and you can connect your phone to its built-in Bluetooth speaker to play your songs. It’s the ultimate super fridge you’d want to keep in your room.
The Ccomo refrigerator stands at a little over 2-ft tall and is almost 15-in wide, 18-in long, and weighs almost 12kg. Leave it in your room so you can eat a snack and drink your favorite beverage anytime. Overall, it can fit up to 33 beverage cans, 11 bottles of soju, or 11 bottles of 500ml water. The shelves could also be rearranged depending on how tall your beverages and snacks are. And if you’re into skincare too, there’s a lot of headroom in there to store your holy grails.
A version with a UV-C sterilization kit is available for an additional fee. It’s placed in the headroom and can sanitize small items such as phones, shades, wallets, keys, small toys, and more. The feature could not have come at a better time when we’re all trying to keep safe from the coronavirus.
The bottom part of the fridge houses the built-in speaker which lets you blast music to your liking.
This Gomotech x Line Friends mini fridge will be available domestically in South Korea starting mid-August for KRW 498,000 or roughly PHP 20,475.13. The additional UV-C sterilization kit costs an extra KRW 98,000 or roughly PHP 4,029.24. Visit Ccomo’s website to know more about the product.
It might not be shipped directly to the Philippines but you can always reach out to a friend living in Korea to help you out. You can also try KoreanBuddy, a convenient shipping service that lets you shop for anything in Korea and delivers it straight to your doorstep here.
