May is shaping up to be a month of fantastic movies, and the big screen lineup is proof of this. From the hilarious Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt tandem in The Fall Guy to Dev Patel’s directorial debut, the action-packed Monkey Man, there’s a title for everyone. So, gather your friends and mark your calendars for these films.

May 1 – The Fall Guy (Universal Pictures International)

He’s a stuntman, and like everyone in the stunt community, he gets blown up, shot, crashed, thrown through windows and dropped from the highest of heights, all for our entertainment. What could possibly go right?

May 1 – Tarot (Columbia Pictures)

May 15 – IF (Paramount Pictures)

May 15 – Back to Black (Universal Pictures International; Ayala exclusive)

May 22 – Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga (Warner Bros. Pictures)

As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus. Sweeping through the Wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home.

May 29 – The Garfield Movie (Columbia Pictures)
