Welcome (back) to the Black Parade, Philippines! After 18 long years, My Chemical Romance is finally returning to the Philippines in 2026 for a night to remember. If you want to be a part of this nostalgia ride back into the 2000s, here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming show:

Formed in 2001, American rock band My Chemical Romance is currently composed of members Gerard Way (lead vocals), Ray Toro (lead guitar), Mikey Way (bass guitar), and Frank Iero (rhythm guitar).
They rose to prominence in the 2000s and are widely recognized for their influential contributions to alternative rock, emo, and pop-punk genres. The band’s sound is characterized by a blend of punk energy, theatricality, and emotionally charged lyrics.
The band achieved mainstream success with their 2004 album Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, but it was their 2006 album, The Black Parade, that became a defining work, featuring hit songs like “Welcome to the Black Parade.” They are about to start their tour across North America in celebration of 20 years of The Black Parade.
This highly anticipated show marks the band’s monumental return to the Philippines after nearly two decades–the band last performed in Manila in 2008.
Organized by PULP Live World, My Chemical Romance’s Philippine comeback will be held on Saturday, 25 April 2026 at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
Aside from the Philippines, the band will visit five other countries, namely South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, as part of their Southeast Asia 2026 tour. The Philippines is their third stop.
