Can’t Attend the Rescheduled My Chemical Romance Concert Anymore? Here’s How You Can Get A Refund

Jan 7, 2026   •   Meryl Medel

ICYMI, rock band My Chemical Romance announced that their Manila show, originally scheduled for April 25, 2026, is now happening on November 14, 2026 in the Philippine Arena. So what will happen to the purchased tickets? Here’s everything you should know:

Are purchased tickets still valid on the rescheduled date?

According to show organizer PULP Live World, all show tickets and shuttle service tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date. If you can make it, you don’t need to do anything else. The release of e-tickets has been moved to a later date, so just keep an eye out on the organizer’s official social media channels.

How can refunds be processed?

If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled date, here’s how you can get a refund, depending on where you bought your tickets.

For tickets purchased via PULP Tickets…

Simply accomplish the following Google Forms and provide the required information (i.e. personal details, ticket information, bank details):
• Show tickets: bit.ly/MCRPH2026TicketRefund
• Shuttle tickets: bit.ly/MCRPH2026ShuttleRefund

Refunds will be deposited within 15 to 30 banking days after the refund application period.

For international purchasers with no Philippine bank account, send an email to support@pulptickets.com with the subject line: “MCR INT’L PURCHASE: ORDER NUMBER [your order number here]”.

For tickets purchased via SM Tickets…

It depends on the type of payment method you used.

For cash payments in Metro Manila, visit smtickets.com/refund/.

For cash payments of Provincial Ticket Buyers, send an email to customercare@smtickets.com with the subject “Refund Request: My Chemical Romance South East Asia 2026 Tour in Bulacan”.

For all card payments in over-the-counter transactions, send an email to customercare@smtickets.com with the subject “Reversal Request: My Chemical Romance Southeast Asia 2026 Tour in Bulacan” and make sure you have the physical concert ticket as proof of purchase. SM Tickets Customer Care will assist with how to process.

For all card payments in online/website transactions, send an email to customercare@smtickets.com with the subject “Reversal Request: My Chemical Romance Southeast Asia 2026 Tour in Bulacan” and include your e-ticket voucher as proof of purchase.

Card reversals may take 30 to 60 days, depending on the credit card company or bank.

For tickets purchased via TicketNet…

Accomplish the Google Form: bit.ly/MCRPH2026TicketNetRefund, and wait for a TicketNet representative to contact you via email or call.

Once you have been contacted, proceed to the TicketNet Box Office at the Yellow Gate of Smart Araneta Coliseum (10 AM to 6 PM).

Present the following documents: the physical ticket and the valid ID of the ticket purchaser. If the refund is to be claimed by a representative, bring an authorization letter with the signature and valid ID of the representative. Note that if there is no physical ticket, there will be no refund.

Until when is a refund possible?

No. It’s important to note that you can only file for a refund until January 14, 2026, so submit a request ASAP if you need to!

What happens to the refunded tickets?

If you’re still hoping to score tickets, you might get a chance soon, because all refunded tickets will be released for public sale.

There is no date yet for the public sale yet, but check PULP Live World’s social media pages regularly to stay updated.

My Chemical Romance

Widely recognized for their influence in the alternative rock, emo, and pop-punk genres, My Chemical Romance was formed in 2001 and rose to prominence in the late 2000s.

They achieved mainstream success within three years of their debut through their 2004 album Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge. Two years later, in 2006, the band released their most defining work The Black Parade, which they are honoring in their current tour in celebration of its 20th anniversary.

The band was last in Manila on January 25, 2008 at the Fort Bonifacio Open Field in Taguig as part of their The Black Parade World Tour.

And finally, My Chemical Romance makes their much-awaited return to the Philippines after nearly two decades.
