Being a deer in headlights is a good thing if you plan on staying up all night. A bright light can signal our brains to stay awake. Aside from your working screen, bringing your lampshade closer to you can kick off your mental alertness.

Apparently, having more cups of coffee will not do the trick, so you better have a maximum of two cups to keep your focus intact and not get these effects. It’s also good to chug a glass of water after taking your coffee to keep you hydrated.
