Dubbed by many as the world’s best cheesecake, Pablo is Japan’s pride with their heavenly cheese tarts. You can either get your cheese tart rare or medium, but you can be sure to get a unique cheesecake experience whichever version you choose. While Pablo’s cheese tart remains to be the crowd-favorite, they have other scrumptious dessert offerings as well. Just some of which are soft-serve ice cream, puddings, sabrel cheeses and Millefeuille.
Thank the Bench group for bringing Pablo in, and watch out for their announcement of the exact opening dates.
If you love the burgers from The Food Hall by Todd English, then you better start making room for the calories you’ll take on at Pound. Also from the genius brains of the Todd English team, Pound will specialize in gourmet burgers and sliders. Stay tuned for the exact opening date!

No, this isn’t a restaurant by the famous chef celebrity Wolfgang Puck. It’s by Wolfgang Zweiner, who may be more unfamiliar to most but his steakhouse is regarded as one of the best in New York. The SumoSam group is bringing in this topnotch steakhouse, so look forward to steak of the highest caliber being available by the third week of January. For first-timers, don’t miss out on their signature 100% dry-aged prime steak and their New York cheesecake that’s literally flown in from the city that never sleeps.

If your bae is a foodie, then eating at Atelier Vivanda would be a terrific idea on V-Day. Yes, it’ll be open by then as this bistro steakhouse is set to open on January 22 with a grand launch on February 5. You know your date will be in perfectly-capable hands as Chef Akrame Benallal is impressively a Michelin two-starred chef.
Atelier Vivanda will be a more affordable and approachable version of the chef’s restaurant in Paris. The restaurant name being a play on meat life, Atelier Vivanda will be specializing on meat, potatoes and overall, straightforward French comfort food.
