Feeling Productive or Just Tired? Take This Quiz to Find Out!

Mar 24, 2020   •   8List Editor

Get up and be active!

It’s another new day! It’s time to hustle, but are you ready to face your tasks? Or are you still slumped down on your bed? Tell us how you go about your morning and we’ll reveal how productive you will be today!

1. How many hours of sleep did you actually get?

A. 8 or more hours. For a healthy and active mind and body, it’s important to sleep at least 8 hours a day!

B. 5 to 7 hours. I can still function… somehow.

C. 1 to 4 hours. Please don’t talk to me until I have had coffee

D. What is sleep? Can you eat that?

2. How did you feel when you woke up?

A. I feel so energized! Ready to face a new day full of possibilities! Woohoo!

B. Just okay. It’s just another day. This is routine.

C. I’m already tired. Please give me a few minutes to process the fact that I already need to get up.

D. I have a massive headache. I may have drunk too much last night? Or did I just not sleep? I don’t even know. I just feel like this every day.

3. What is the first thing you did when you woke up?

A. Start getting ready, of course.

B. Eat breakfast. I can’t function without food. And maybe coffee.

C. Check my phone. Might’ve missed updates in the couple of hours I slept.

D. Stare at the ceiling. My head is throbbing. What is life?

4. How many times did you hit the snooze button before getting up?

A. None. I wake up before my alarm goes off. I’m excited for this new day!

B. Just once. I only need to close my eyes for a bit before getting up, and then I’m good. I think.

C. About 3 to 4 times. I just need five. More. Minutes.

D. I don’t even know how many times anymore. Just let me go back to sleep.

5. What are you having for breakfast?

A. Sinangag and fried eggs is the only way to go!

B. Pancakes. Fluffy, fluffy pancakes. Made from those packaged mixes. LOL.

C. Just coffee. That’s all I have time for.

D. Nothing. Why have breakfast when you can just breathe?

6. Do you make your bed in the morning?

A. Yes, everyday. It’s nice to go back to a made bed.

B. Yes, but just not when I’m in a rush. I have other things I could do.

C. Occasionally, when I’m not feeling lazy. Which is definitely not often enough.

D. Very rarely. If at all. Why should I fix it if I’m just going to lie on it again?

7. When do you plan your outfit for the day?

A. I like being prepared. I plan and fix everything the night before.

B. I plan it in my head and just grab what I need in the morning. It works most of the time. Sometimes, what I need is still in the laundry.

C. I think about it while I’m eating and showering. I’m too tired to think about clothes any other time.

D. No time to think about it. I just grab whatever’s clean and presentable. People won’t know if it’s been washed or not. Probably.

8. How much time do you give yourself in the morning between waking up and actually leaving the house?

A. I have a lot of time, because I wake up really early. I’m never late!

B. An hour’s enough. I’ve only been late once or twice.

C. Around half an hour. I run around doing everything, so that I won’t be late. Sometimes.

D. Ten minutes tops. How much time does a person need? But… I really just woke up late. So I’m also late.
