Hyram’s debut collection has five products: the Green Tea Daily Gel Cleanser, Salicylic Acid and Sea Kelp Pore Clearing and Oil Control Serum, Mandelic Acid and Rice Bran Gentle Exfoliating Serum, Maracuja Daily Barrier Support Moisturizer, and the Rainbow Algae Night Repair Serum. That’s one gel cleanser, three serums targeted for different skin conditions, and one moisturizer. The blue-green packaging has a sun and moon design so you know which products can be used in the morning and which should only be used at night.

Collab with The Inkey List

The collection is made in collaboration with The Inkey List, a famous budget skincare brand. Even pre-collab, Hyram has always spouted high praise for the brand for its affordability and the ingredients list on its products. Hyram says he was satisfied with the collab since he shares “the same philosophy on skincare” with the brand and its founders. There was no other company he would trust with his Selfless line, which, by the way, he was already working on for eight months before the collab.

Sustainable and impactful skincare

The Inkey List and Hyram don’t only share the same philosophy for skincare, they also share the same “intense desire” to “leave an impact on the world.” Selfless by Hyram has eco-friendly product packaging made from sugarcane. Each purchase also lets you help with environmental efforts since they’ve partnered with non-profit organizations like Rainforest Trust and Thirst Project to protect forests from deforestation and provide clean water to over 60 communities.

If there’s one product you should try out, it’s got to be the Rainbow Algae Night Repair Serum. In an interview with Style Caster, Hyram says it’s his favorite product from his collection. It’s an all-around product too — squalene to smoothen skin, retinol, and algae to reduce hyperpigmentation and minimize signs of aging. Sounds like a good deal, right?
