For BPI users, you’ve probably seen the Vybe app being advertised at ATMs. But what is it, really? Vybe is BPI’s lifestyle app that allows you to handle various online transactions:

1. VYBE Pro users can add and send money from their BPI account for free
2. Send and request money from other Vybe users
3. Receive funds from other e-wallets and banks via InstaPay
4. Pay merchants using a QR code

Vybe users also earn points, discounts, and redeem vouchers when using the app.

How do I register?

If you’re an existing BPI client:

1. Download the app (iOS or Android), and use your BPI Online credentials to register.
2. Enter the OTP that will be sent to your mobile number.
3. Create a 4-digit MPIN, which will be used the next time you log in the app.
4. Read and agree with the Terms and Conditions and Private Policy, and click “Submit”.

You don’t need to be a BPI client to create an account

Don’t fret – you can still enjoy free bank transfers using Vybe even if you’re not a BPI client. All you have to do is download the app and use your mobile number to register:

1. When you open the Vybe app, tap “No” to confirm you’re not an existing BPI Online user.
2. Provide your personal information and confirm details.
3. Enter the 6-digit code that will be sent to your mobile number.
4. Create a 4-digit MPIN.
5. Read and agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and click “Submit”.

Vybe tiers

Vybe has three tiers that limits the app’s functions depending on the type of user:

• Vybe Lite users can use basic e-wallet transactions.
• Vybe Regular, or verified Vybe Lite users have more access to app functions and features.
• Vybe Pro users enjoy app functions that are available to BPI Online clients such as adding money and cashing out of their BPI account.

1. Open your Vybe eWallet and select “Send to Bank.”
   
2. Provide the necessary information such as the Recipient Bank, Account Name, Account Number, and the amount you’re sending.
