If there’s one trend that you should follow without shame, it’s definitely #BalikAlindog2016. The fact that you opened this means you’re determined (or seriously considering) to go on a diet, so pat yourself on the back for that positive change of air. Make that diet a lot easier by avoiding these evil little triggers of the bottomless pit that is your belly.

Fighting stance on, here are 8 things you need to be wary about.

 

8. Salty Snacks

This refers to chips, pretzels and other salty mixes that you shouldn’t be grocery shopping for anymore. Salty snacks are simple carbs that are digested very fast, causing you to want another snack or something sweet almost instantly.

 

7. Fast Food

Remember the many times you were asked to upsize your meal in fast food counters? Well, it turns out that even if you say no, eating your order just might convince you to get another helping. 6. White Carbohydrates

Make white bread, pasta and rice rare luxuries because these refined carbs aren’t only stripped of fiber, but because these are sugar injections that cause your belly to grumble too soon. Also, pasta and sushi are especially dangerous for your diet because it’s easier to eat a lot of them without noticing.
