Since their group hiatus was announced three years ago, ARMYs (including us!) all over the world have been eagerly waiting for BTS’ return. We’re so happy to see their first live performance as a group since 2023 will be streamed live through Netflix, and then immediately followed by a feature-length documentary about the album-making process for their latest comeback. Can’t believe we can say there’s a BTS comeback happening soon — ARMYs, we survived! (Please pass me a tissue; my eyes are leaking again.) — Meryl Medel

I’ve been intrigued since watching the trailer, and it’s finally here. Project Hail Mary follows astronaut Ryland Grace, who wakes up on a spacecraft with no memory of how he got there, but eventually figures that he was left as the sole survivor of a crew sent to another system to save Earth. On his journey, he learns he isn’t alone: an alien he names Rocky has come to save his world from the same fate.
The film is based on a book of the same name by Andy Weir, and some initial reviews said the film was pretty faithful to the original work, so we’re excited to see the novel come to life. — Meryl Medel

If you ever sang along to “The Best of Both Worlds,” this one’s pure nostalgia. Hannah Montana is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a special streaming on Disney+ on March 24, filmed in front of a live studio audience and featuring an in-depth interview with Miley Cyrus hosted by Alex Cooper. The “Hannahversary” event promises a look back at the creation of the iconic Disney Channel character that launched Cyrus into pop superstardom, complete with never-before-seen archival footage and recreated sets like the Stewart family living room and Hannah’s legendary closet. Two decades after the show first aired, the special revisits the music, memories, and cultural impact of a series that helped define a generation of fans. Zootopia 2 hops onto Disney+ on March 11! That’s good news for folks who somehow missed the award-winning movie when it premiered in cinemas a few months ago (erm, guilty). Zootopia 2 follows the same lovable characters, Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman), as they team up for a hiss-terical undercover escapade after Gary De’Snake (voiced by Academy Award winner Ke Huy Quan) turns the animal metropolis upside down. ICYDK, Zootopia 2 received the BAFTA Award for Best Animated Feature and is now an Academy Award nominee! — Kyzia Maramara

Based on a true story, this love story follows and dramatizes the life, love, and death of John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette, a couple whose relationship captured the attention of the whole United States.
I put on the first episode after seeing it several times on the Disney+ home page, and I was immediately hooked. The chemistry between Sarah Pidgeon and Paul Anthony Kelly as Carolyn and JFK Jr was undeniably electric, and I couldn’t turn away from the screen. And knowing how tragic their end was made me want to see even more how their story continues to live on. — Meryl Medel

If you’re in the mood for a dark fantasy romance with a mysterious edge, Siren’s Kiss is one to keep an eye on. This mystery romance is a remake of the 1999 Japanese drama “Koori no Sekai,” reimagined with a darker, more modern K-drama tone. The series stars Park Min-Young and Wi Ha-Jun, whose pairing alone already has fans curious about the chemistry and tension they’ll bring to the story.
The drama follows a mysterious woman whose past becomes entangled with a series of suspicious incidents, drawing the attention of an investigator determined to uncover the truth. As the two grow closer, the line between suspicion and attraction starts to blur—raising the question: Is she a victim, a witness, or someone hiding a dangerous secret?
With its blend of suspense, emotional tension, and psychological twists, Siren’s Kiss promises a gripping, binge-worthy story that will keep you hitting “next episode.” — Aila Cruz

Eight years since the release of Meet Me in St. Gallen (2018), Carlo Aquino and Bella Padilla reunite on the big screen to bring the Pinoy adaptation of the Japanese drama Pure Soul in the movie A Special Memory.
The movie follows a couple, Sandra (Bella Padilla) and Dindo (Carlo Aquino), as they navigate their relationship while Sandra deals with the onset of Alzheimer’s disease. I can already imagine the shift from being honeymooners to the couple living with the effects of the disease. It’ll be a tearjerker for sure, and the fact that it’s written by Ricky Lee – you know it’s going to be a good one. I can’t wait for the cinema experience too, and hear the constant sniffing from my seatmates. — Ina Manto
