Drinking smoothies is a fantastic way of getting your dose of fruits and vegetables. It’s also one of the easiest ways—in the sense that you just drink up all the fiber and nutrients. But let’s face it, cutting up fruits and vegetables can be pretty hassle, which is why most people tend to hate it.
Make the healthy life a lot easier with this hack. Set aside a day of prepping all the smoothie ingredients, packing it in spill-proof bags and stashing them in the freezer. When it’s smoothie time, simply take out a bag, blend all of its contents and tadaaa!

 

3. Mark your water bottle.

Don’t forget: Water is your best friend. Or more accurately, water is your #SummerBod’s best friend. Here’s a great reminder to keep drinking a lot of h20, so you stay full longer and well-hydrated.

 

2. Eat a (healthy) bit before you eat out.

For your #SummerBod, restaurants and parties are the darker, scarier parts of this Temptation Island. It’s likely that these places won’t have options adhering to your diet, and you don’t really know what’s in the dishes. So, eat a small portion of fruit or vegetable before heading out. That way—you don’t enter the battlefield starving, aka super vulnerable.

 

1. Always, always have a packed gym bag.

Have a bag containing everything you need for a workout in all places you frequent—the office, the car, the bae’s house, etc. Rid yourself of the annoying “I don’t have things” excuse. And instead, motivate yourself to exercise as much as you can.
