It seems as if Xian Lim has finally put an end to the speculations surrounding his relationship with his longtime girlfriend Kim Chiu. Eagle-eyed netizens noticed that Lim had recently removed all videos with Chiu on his YouTube channel. What is going on?

While Lim, 34, hasn’t explicitly said they’re broken up, Pinoys took the content removal (a.k.a. Chiu erasure) as a big fat sign. After all, Chiu, 33, still has her videos with him up on her social media. To recall, the pair started dating in 2012 but only confirmed their relationship in 2018.

Lim’s move isn’t exactly a surprise for everyone. It has been a few weeks since rumors of the pair’s alleged breakup circulated online.

Kim Chiu maintains silence

When Chiu was asked to comment on the breakup rumors at a recent event last November 25, she told ABS-CBN News that she would like to keep things private: “Grabe … sa amin na lang ‘yun, we’ll just keep it to ourselves na muna.”

Pinoys on social media have made it clear whose side they’re on in this split. Many took to X (formerly Twitter) to say Chiu “dodged a bullet” with the breakup.
