Chinese New Year is the season for lucky reds, fresh starts, and of course, limited-edition drops you’ll only see once a year. From travel gear and shoes to savory pies and collectible sets, these special releases for the Year of the Fire Horse bring a festive twist to everyday favorites. Which drops are worth the splurge?

For its Lunar New Year–meets–Valentine’s launch, BASH* introduces the Ruby Collection, a limited-edition lineup available on its official website and select online platforms. Inspired by the color red—symbolizing luck, courage, and intention—the collection celebrates the bold, forward-moving spirit of the Year of the Fire Horse.
The drop includes the Cardholder and Passport Plus, The Daily Sac, and a limited-edition Ruby Red luggage release available in carry-on and trunk sizes. The Essentials Packing Cube also comes in Ruby, along with the brand’s first-ever embroidery personalization service, available exclusively on bash.com.ph.
If you love savory pies as much as dessert, this limited run from Hey Pie People will give you serious FOMO. Founder Raeanne Young-Sagan is known for her indulgent, creative bakes, and her Chinese New Year specials are no exception. This year’s lineup features two limited-edition savory pies: the Charsiu Sticky Rice Pie, a sweet-savory homemade charsiu in glossy BBQ sauce with sticky rice, wrapped in a flaky all-butter crust, and the Chicken Pie with Scallion Pancake Crust, a creamy chicken filling with tender meat, vegetables, and silky gravy, topped with a limited-edition scallion pancake crust. Orders are available via Instagram—just be quick before the season (and the pies) are gone.

A visit to Din Tai Fung is always a good idea, but even more so with its Golden Prosperity Menu, a limited-edition selection of festive dishes. Starting February 12, diners can enjoy salted egg yolk creations believed to bring good fortune in the new year: Salted Egg Yolk Lobster Tail, succulent lobster glazed in buttery salted egg, Salted Egg Yolk Pork Ribs, crispy pork ribs with a sweet-salty crunch, and Salted Egg Yolk Tofu, delicate tofu bites fried and tossed in velvety egg yolk.
These dishes are available across all branches for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery, except for the Salted Egg Yolk Lobster Tail, which is dine-in only.

Step into the Year of the Fire Horse with Birkenstock’s Lunar New Year Edition, reimagining three of the brand’s most iconic silhouettes: BOSTON, ARIZONA, and FLORIDA.
The FLORIDA sandal appears in a deep Zinfandel red, a shade associated with good fortune. The closed-toe BOSTON arrives in a brighter red velvet inspired by the Fire Horse, plus a neutral taupe. Completing the drop are the BOSTON and ARIZONA in black and rust red velvet, finished with elegant golden Big Buckles.
These limited-edition pairs are available exclusively at Birkenstock SM Mall of Asia, GH Mall, and Lucky Chinatown Mall.

Global travel and lifestyle brand Tumi celebrates the Year of the Horse with a special capsule collection blending signature craftsmanship with equestrian-inspired design. The lineup reimagines silhouettes from the Alpha Bravo, Voyageur, and Belden lines. Guided by Global Creative Director Victor Sanz, the collection uses the horse as a symbol of movement and freedom.
Expect premium details like bridle-inspired trim, contrast stitching, and embossed equine motifs. From the functional Alpha Bravo Navigation Backpack to the lightweight Voyageur Q Tote, each piece balances dynamic energy with practical luxury, along with collectible accents like lucky horseshoe coins and embossed card cases.
The 2026 Lunar New Year Collection is available now at TUMI stores worldwide and online at TUMI.com.

Uniqlo celebrates the Year of the Horse with bold red accents across its Lifewear lineup. You’ll find festive touches on everything from UT graphic tees and collared shirts to outerwear, accessories, and kids’ essentials. There’s the cult-favorite Round Mini Shoulder Bag arriving in a new red shade for the season, perfect for quick errands or casual days out. You’ll also spot bright-red sweaters and knitwear to help you stay warm while adding a pop of luck to your outfits during the cooler months.

Southeast Asian brand Cristy Ng brings festive charm with its Chinese New Year collection. The Canvas Totes are made from water-resistant cotton canvas in either a natural tone or rich plum hue. It features intricate illustrations of galloping horses against a serene landscape, finished with sturdy rolled handles. Spacious enough for a laptop, gym gear, or market finds, the Large Tote (P900) is built for everyday use. The Mini Tote (P800) offers a more compact option for books, bottles, and small essentials. Both sizes are available with name embroidery. Get the collection here.

For something festive and hands-on, the limited-edition LEGO Chinese Festival sets make for a great seasonal activity. Galloping Horses Canvas (1,650 pieces, P7,999) is a buildable canvas featuring four galloping horses that actually move. Fortune Firecracker (1,039 pieces, P6,499) is a playful set with brick-built firecrackers that create a “crackling” effect when moved, revealing either a festive fireworks display or a scene welcoming the God of Fortune.
