It seems Zendaya and Tom Holland are ready to walk the aisle! In case you’ve been living under a rock, the Spider-Man costars are reportedly engaged (!!!).

Rumors have gone rampant after Zendaya showed up at the 2025 Golden Globes red carpet styled by Law Roach in old Hollywood-inspired custom Louis Vuittion strapless gown. But more than her gorgeous look, eagle-eyed fans couldn’t help but notice the huge rock on her lefthand ring finger, which seemed out of place among her matching statement jewelry from Bulgari.

During the red carpet interviews, the actress didn’t say anything about her love life. When asked if she was engaged, Zendaya just smiled, shrugged, and flashed her ring, according to The Los Angeles Times.
How Tom Holland proposed to Zendaya
A few hours after the rumors started, American media outlets TMZ and People confirmed the engagement through different sources.
According to TMZ, Tom Holland popped the question between Christmas and New Year’s in Zendaya’s family home in the US. Their families weren’t there, so it was a “very romantic and intimate” moment between the couple.

Meanwhile, People reported that “everyone close to them knew an engagement was happening” and it was just a matter of when since Tom had wanted to propose to Zendaya “for a while.”
“He’s always been crazy about her. He always knew she was the one. They have something very special,” People’s source said.

It’s available on the jeweler’s website, with the price only available upon inquiry — though reports say it’s over USD 200,000 or about PHP 11,622,000.

For years, the couple maintained that they were only friends. It was only in 2021 when they confirmed they were together after they were spotted kissing.
Zendaya and Tom will be taking wedding prep slowly, especially with their projects and commitments coming up, according to People’s source. “They will just enjoy things for now and won’t rush a wedding. They are both busy with work projects.”
