8. John Prats

Before getting hitched to his wife, Isabel Oli, Prats dated actress and Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2009 titleholder, Bianca Manalo. They dated for less than a year, and it ended horribly, according to news. There were rumors of a third party being involved, but it was all just speculation.

The two are both happy with their respective lives, as Prats now has a daughter with Oli, and Manalo is now in a relationship with Fabio Ide for more than a year.

7. Dennis Trillo

Dennis Trillo is an actor involved in many controversial relationships, including with former Miss Philippines Earth and Binibining Pilipinas World titleholder, Carlene Aguilar. They had a son named Calix who was born in 2007, but their relationship didn’t work out.

6. Bong Daza

Gabriel “Bong” Daza was a renowned food entrepreneur who later became more known to the general public as the husband of the first  Filipino Miss Universe, Gloria Diaz. They had three children, Rafael, Ava and, one of today’s “it girls”, Isabelle. They separated a few years after their marriage.

Bong died July last year due to a heart attack, two months before his daughter Isabelle’s wedding.

5. Marco Alcaraz

Marco Alcaraz has been in a relationship with Miss International 2005 Precious Lara Quigaman for years before they married twice: in a civil ceremony in 2011 and in a Christian wedding ceremony in 2012.

4. Mikael Daez

We admire Daez not only for his roles on TV, but also for his mature and loving relationship with actress and Miss World 2013 Megan Young. They call themselves “travel buddies”, and we just love seeing their adventures on Instagram. They have been dating for quite some time now, and by the looks of it, they are really meant to be.

3. John Estrada

After one annulment and four children, John Estrada finally found the woman of his life in the form of Miss Earth 2004 and Miss Globe 2003, Priscilla Meirelles.  They married in 2011 and Meirelles gave birth to their daughter on February of 2012.

Meirelles got the chance to work with Janice de Belen, Estrada’s ex-wife, in the television series “Be My Lady” last year, and Estrada described de Belen and Meirelles’ relationship as “not friends, but civil”

2. Ogie Alcasid

Prior to his relationship with fellow OPM singer, Regine Velasquez, Ogie Alcasid was married to Michelle van Eimeren, the Australian representative to Miss Universe 1994 in Manila. They were married for 11 years and had two children. Both have happily re-married; Alcasid and Velasquez even attended van Eimeren’s wedding with Mark Morrow last 2009.

After having a relationship and a son with Janice de Belen, Aga Muhlach dated Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres. They have worked together in several movies, and their pair-up was a hit in the early 90s. However, their romantic relationship ended after four years. Torres returned to Puerto Rico in 1998 and got married to singer Marc Anthony in 2000. Muhlach, on the other hand, dated another beauty pageant titleholder, Binibining Pilipinas Universe 1994 Charlene Gonzalez. They got married in 2001 and now have two children.
