Imagine leaving the house for your one to two-hour commute and leaving your earphones behind!!! Imagine having to listen to annoying chismisan in the office because you left your earphones behind!!! Imagine not being in the mood and not having the chance to listen to your own jam because you left. your. damn. earphones. behind!!!!!
You weren’t really that much of a snacker before you became an office employee, right? Have a difficult client pitch to get through? Bring on the chips. Stumped on how to write that email proposal? Chocolates help stimulate the brain.
It goes without saying—working in a corporate job definitely means the higher-ups or the CEO him/herself will have the last say. Remember the first time the HR would make kulit about your requirements for SSS, PhilHealth, and such? And didn’t you protest like a kid after learning that they will have to deduct from your already meager sweldo? Well, when applying for a bank account, a VISA, or any of the other adulting things you will soon have apply for, you’ll realize the importance of it all and thank your company’s good ol’ HR managers.
