More and more celebrities are releasing their own makeup and skincare lines, and makeup junkies aren’t complaining! In fact, keep the varieties coming so we’d know which product, brand, or collection fits us best. Knowing that a local celebrity will launch a makeup line is always exciting because we are sure they’re curated specifically for the Filipina skin type and color. After all, there’s nobody who can understand us better than one of our own.
Aside from Anne Curtis’ BLK Cosmetics and Vice Ganda’s Vice Cosmetics ( both had awesome reviews and are both personalities are getting a good reputation in the local cosmetics industry), here are 8 other celebrities with makeup collections of their own.
Nothing brings us more joy than Filipino collaborations! Local beauty brand Happy Skin’s tie-up with ‘teen queen’ Kathryn Bernardo is the first collection of Generation Happy Skin. Described as a must-have everyday makeup for all kinds of girls, the collection includes matte lippies, pressed powder, blush, eyebrow pen, lip & cheek tint, and mascara. The products promise a pigmented, long-lasting, and fool-proof makeup even for newbies.

Actress, singer, and TV host Nadine Lustre collaborated with Australian beauty brand BYS (Be Yourself) and released her own makeup line in April of 2018 called “Lustrous.” The limited edition package included lip and cheek tint, bronzer highlight and palette, eyebrow gel, eyeshadow palette, eyeliner pencils, and waterproof mascara. You’ll definitely be noticed when you wear this line, especially if you try on the turquoise eye pencil! Lustrous also recently launched their line of matte lippies in three shades.

Queen of All Media Kris Aquino is also one of the few celebrities who have their own makeup line. Kris partners with Ever Bilena for KrisLifeKit, a makeup line consisting of lipsticks, matte liquid lipsticks, and brow liners and mascara. Ever since the world discovered Maine Mendoza AKA Yaya Dub, she has steadily risen to fame –and now she will be releasing her own makeup line with one of the best international brands. Her beauty and class that wowed the Filipinos must’ve wowed MAC Cosmetics also, since she’s the first Filipina with such a collaboration like this. Her makeup line is set to release late September 2018, in the meantime, let’s all admire her Instagram feed!
Sunnies Face has made quite a buzz on social media over the past week with their release of Fluffmatte lipsticks. Founded by Georgina and Jess Wilson, Bea and Eric Dee, and Martine Cajucom, Sunnies Face has 9 shades of lipsticks, all in attractive and aesthetic packages. The creamy and pigmented formula isn’t only for the face, mind you; you can also use it as an eye shadow or even a light blush.

Even after years in the showbiz industry, Heart Evangelista ‘s star is still shining brightly. She is now a wife, a well-known artist and entrepreneur, and now an owner of a makeup collection. Happy Skin partnered with Heart to release Love Marie x Happy Skin (Love Marie is Heart’s real name). It has moisturizing matte lip liners and mini matte lipsticks in 3 shades that can fit even the smallest of purses. Heart believes in the power of a good lipstick to perk up your day; why don’t you give her line a try and perk up yours?

Local cosmetics brand Colourette teamed up with the duo of Joey and Angelina Mead King for a beauty line that’s all about duality. Their lip tints (Dualitints) come in pairs and their highlighters are blinding. You can use their tints for your cheeks, lids, and lips, changing color or combining whenever you feel like it. Their line launched last June but is still in demand until now!

Karel Marquez-Farinas has founded her own cosmetics and skincare line and made them affordable for every Filipina out there. K-Spark Cosmetics is paraben- and cruelty-free, another reason to support this beauty line. Their collection of Smooch Stixx comes in liquid and stick form and is available in 8 shades.
