Girl group BLACKPINK has finally made their much-awaited comeback on the Philippine concert stage, and Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa did not disappoint. The girls shut down the arena with their powerful vocals, stunning visuals, and the kind of signature energy only BLACKPINK can deliver. The two-night sold-out shows for their Deadline World Tour were packed with moments Blinks will be talking about for years. Here are some of the standout moments:

Ever since BLACKPINK released “Jump”, their first single in a while, Filipino Blinks have been eagerly waiting to hear it live. So when the girls performed it for the first time on stage, the arena erupted—Blinks were literally jumping out of their seats from excitement. And because one performance wasn’t enough, the girls brought it back for the encore (cue internal screaming). Being part of that crowd was unreal—a 10/10 we’d gladly jump even harder for the next time.

Hearing K-pop idols speak in Filipino is nothing new. Even the members spoke a few phrases when they last visited the Philippines in 2023. But this time, one by one, the members told the crowd, “Mahal ko kayo talaga.” Hearing this consecutively from Rosé, Lisa, Jisoo, and Jennie is four arrows straight to the heart. We are Ready For Love for real.
Over the years, the members focused on their solo projects, and fans were left wondering if BLACKPINK would ever perform their solo songs in the Philippines one by one, tingi-style. (Fun fact: Jisoo was actually in Manila earlier this year for a fan meet.)
But thankfully, Filipino Blinks didn’t have to wait, since all members performed their solo songs in a single concert. Tingi no more!
A highlight among the solo performances is the moment when Rosé admitted she was suffering from a cold, making it difficult for her to hit the high notes in “number one girl.” Of course, karaoke-loving Filipinos were eager to help her, singing along and doing an impromptu karaoke sesh in the Philippine Arena.
Right before Rosé stepped out for her solo stages, she made sure to shine a little spotlight on Filipino snacks. On Day 1, she tried turon, then immediately gave fans a thumbs-up and a heart. ICYDK, turon is a Filipino snack made of deep-fried bananas rolled in spring roll wrappers and coated with caramelized sugar.
Meanwhile, on Day 2, she had halo-halo, a cold dessert made from shaved ice, evaporated milk, and various sweetened ingredients. Even though it wasn’t mixed yet, she still took a few excited bites and flashed the cutest smile afterward. We love our Foodie Chaeng!
While the concert itself is the grand winner when it comes to best moments, there were also some honorable mentions right before the show started — the very first one being the Visa Pink House! This exclusive lounge space offered fans a place to sit, cool down, and recharge before the concert. All they had to do was show their Maya Visa cards like the Maya Visa Debit Card, Maya Black Visa Credit Card, and the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card, and they got access to the space.

Fans spotted a cute cropped jersey that paired perfectly with black-and-pink socks, and maybe even a bucket hat or trucker hat. With so many items on wish lists, the lines were understandably long. Luckily, Maya Visa cardholders enjoyed early access, making the merch-buying experience a breeze. Plus, purchases made with a Visa card came with a free reusable tote bag.

For fans who skipped the merch line, there were still plenty of souvenirs to take home thanks to the freebies at the Visa Pink House. Fans went on a hunt to take a selfie with the Vee standees around the Philippine Arena so they could claim their prize. Some stopped by the lounge to play games for a chance to take home a drawstring bag, while concert-goers who visited the Maya photobooth and flashed their Maya Visa cards scored exclusive freebies like fans and power banks.

But maybe more than the physical items, the memories Blinks brought home are what would stay with them for a while. They were grateful for their Maya Visa cards, which helped them make the most of the BLACKPINK concert experience. While no one knows when the girls will return to the Philippines, Filipino Blinks will undoubtedly always be ready to Jump and party with them As If It’s (Y)our Last!
