Another Bridgerton season means another excuse to completely abandon our responsibilities and dive headfirst into Regency-era drama. This time, we’re getting Asian representation in the mix! The first four episodes of Part 1 had us absolutely hooked on the Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) and Sophie Baek (Yerin Ha) storyline. Watching our favorite reformed playboy fall head over heels for what seems like a “simple” maid has been giving us all the feels, and we’re literally counting down the days until the next four episodes drop because you KNOW that burning confession scene is coming. — Kyzia Maramara

It may be the month of love, but the series I’m seated for the most is a mystery thriller — who doesn’t love murder mysteries? Korean drama The Art of Sarah follows a woman who crafted an identity in the world of wealth and high society, that is, until a body believed to be hers is found dead. As the investigation into the mysterious murder continues, her carefully constructed identity starts to collapse. It’s kind of giving Anna Delvey, but with a murder-mystery twist!
Plus, the show stars Shin Hye-sun in the titular role (an actress I’ve loved in each of her wide range of roles) and Lee Joon-hyuk as the detective investigating her case (an actor I’m always happy to see as a lead after so long in supporting roles). — Meryl Medel

The NBA is bringing serious star power to Disney+ this Valentine’s Day, and it’s not just about the basketball. The 2026 Ruffles® NBA All-Star Celebrity Game packs the court with a wild mix of actors, rappers, athletes, and internet personalities—from Keegan-Michael Key and Simu Liu to Jeremy Lin, GloRilla, and Badshah—for one of All-Star Weekend’s most entertaining traditions. Add celebrity coaches like Giannis Antetokounmpo and Mookie Betts, plus a halftime performance by K-pop group CORTIS, and you’ve got a fast, chaotic, pop-culture-meets-hoops spectacle you can stream live (or replay) exclusively on Disney+. — Kyzia Maramara

Even If This Love Disappears Tonight deserves a spot on our watchlist because it captures the kind of love that transforms quietly but deeply. This Korean remake of the 2022 Japanese hit of the same title follows the story of Kim Jae-Won (Choo Young-Woo), a boy drifting without direction, who meets Han Seo-Yoon (Shin Shi-A), a cheerful girl with anterograde amnesia, a condition that keeps her from forming new memories. Despite her daily resets, her warmth slowly pulls Jae-Won out of his emotional numbness. What begins as a simple connection grows into a tender, fragile love that he must fight for every single day.
It’s a perfect Love Month pick because it celebrates love in its purest form: patient, intentional, and brave. The kind you choose again and again, even when it’s difficult. This film is tender, heartfelt, and a reminder that some connections change you in ways you never expect. — Aila Cruz

While Valentine’s is the holiday for couples celebrating their relationship, there’s still a good portion of folks who are haunted by the ghosts of their past, specifically with that person who could’ve been their partner for life. In The Loved One, former lovers Ellie and Eric rekindle 10 years after they ended their relationship.
Perhaps this film is for the yearners. I just know it’s going to be a good one, since it’s written and directed by Irene Villamor, the same genius who gave us Sid & Aya: Not a Love Story in 2018. I really enjoyed that film, I had to see it twice in the cinema! Plus, Cup of Joe released a stripped-down version of their hit “Multo” just for the movie – I’m so ready to scream, cry, and throw up from Anne Curtis and Jericho Rosales’ performance. — Ina Manto

In the mood for an action thriller? This latest installment to the Predator franchise dives deeper into Yautja lore, following outcast hunter Dek (Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi) and his unlikely ally Thia (Elle Fanning) on a dangerous, underdog journey across a deadly remote planet. You better bring the popcorn because we bet watching all that brutal combat and striking visuals will leave you snacky.
Directed by Dan Trachtenberg, Predator: Badlands is now the highest-grossing entry in the franchise’s 38-year history with $184.5 million worldwide, and it’s earned strong praise with a 95% audience score and an 86% critics rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Ergo, deserving of a spot on your February watchlist. — Kyzia Maramara

No date for Valentine’s yet? Take this as a sign to ask your besties for a Galentine’s date and see the highly anticipated release of Wuthering Heights. Starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi, the film is a loose adaptation of Emily Brontë’s 1847 novel of the same name. Set in 18th-century England, Heathcliff (Elordi) falls in love with Catherine Earnshaw (Robbie), who belongs to a wealthy family.
While there’s plenty of discussion about this adaptation, we’re still looking forward to how the movie unfolds. After all, it’s alright to just enjoy things – we’re here for the experience of seeing a film with the girlies and hearing Charli xcx. (Mostly here for a good revenge story.) — Ina Manto

I was a big fan of writer Cho Sunghee’s previous work Thirty But Seventeen, and I’m hoping this one is just as good as that. In Your Radiant Season follows bright and cheerful global animator Seonu Chan (Chae Jonghyeop) and ice-cold fashion designer Song Haran (Lee Sungkyoung) as they are unexpectedly reunited at work. In their previous encounters, Chan knows Haran as someone full of life and the reason for Chan overcoming his past struggles, and he’s surprised by how closed off she is. Sounds more and more like ice queen and golden retriever boyfriend — sign me up! — Meryl Medel
