This Sunday, March 15, Jaime C. Velasquez Park in Salcedo, Makati transforms once again into a vibrant open-air gallery as Art in the Park celebrates its landmark 20th anniversary. What began as a modest community gathering has evolved into the country’s first and foremost affordable art fair, continuing its mission to make art accessible while supporting the Museum Foundation of the Philippines. Here’s everything you need to know for Art in the Park 2026!
Art in the Park had its beginnings in 2006 with just twelve art galleries housed in a handful of tents. Since then, the fair has steadily flourished. It now comprises approximately sixty art galleries, collectives, independent art spaces, artist groups, and art schools. Initially occupying only half of the park, the event has expanded to take over the entire park area and surrounding streets to accommodate an ever-lengthening waiting list of participants and the swelling number of visitors who troop to the park for this eagerly awaited “art day out.”

To mark two decades of artistic excellence, Art in the Park has two exclusive anniversary releases.
The 20th Anniversary Book offers a special retrospective, highlighting how Art in the Park has grown from its 2006 roots into one of the most anticipated art events in the Philippines.

In addition, the fair presents the Art in the Park at 20 Portfolio Box, featuring two sets of signed, limited-edition prints by forty acclaimed artists. This commemorative collection showcases works by Bjorn Calleja, Carlo Tanseco, Demi Padua, Jomike Tejido, Marina Cruz, Anna Bautista, AR Manalo, Charlie Co, Manny Garibay, Pepe Delfin, TRNZ, Clarence Chun, Lynyrd Paras, Yvonne Quisumbing, Zean Cabangis, Maxine Syjuco, Richard Quebral, Robert Alejandro, Rodel Tapaya, Willie De Vera, Beth Parrocha, Eugene Jarque, Lydia Velasco, Yeo Kaa, Dex Fernandez, Pete Jimenez, Jacob Lindo, Mac Valdezco, Distort Monsters, Nasser Lubay, Isaiah Cacnio, Antipas Delotavo Jr., Henrielle Baltazar Pagkaliwangan, Joy Mallari, Mark Justiniani, Tessy Pettyjohn, Jon Pettyjohn, Pamela Yan Santos, John Santos III, Robert Alejandro and Geraldine Javier. Striking works by these artists have appeared on the fair’s postcard invitations and at the fair itself over the years, reflecting two decades of artistic excellence.
True to its festive spirit, the park will buzz with more than just visual art. To add to the celebratory vibe, visitors can enjoy a nice selection of food and beverage concessionaires, making it the perfect weekend destination for families and collectors alike.
The atmosphere will be further elevated by a special live performance by Filipino-Japanese singer-songwriter Ena Mori, along with curated sets from DJ Gaspar, Bernard Calma of Soulful Mood, and DJ Mav.
Art in the Park will be open from 10 AM to 10 PM.
Art in the Park is made possible through the generous support of our major sponsors, BPI and Globe.
To enhance the experience, BPI is offering qualified BPI Credit Cardholders the Flexipay Program, providing flexible installment options for purchases made at the fair. Meanwhile, Globe reinforces its commitment to champion platforms that highlight Filipino creativity and strengthen the country’s creative community. Globe is empowering the next generation of storytellers through its Student Program, which provides aspiring creators from various universities with training and the opportunity to document the fair, effectively bridging the gap between emerging talent and the wider art scene.
