Attack on Titan fans, this one’s for you. Film Concerts PH has announced Attack on Titan: Symphony from Paradis — the first-ever officially licensed orchestral concert for the globally acclaimed anime — and Manila is on the tour’s roster.
The concert is scheduled for two nights, August 28 and 29, 2027, at The Theatre at Solaire. It will feature a combined ensemble of over 100 musicians and singers from the Filharmonika Orchestra and the world-renowned Philippine Madrigal Singers, all performing against HD large-screen projections from the TV series. Tickets will be on pre-sale this May! Here’s everything you need to know.

This isn’t the first Attack on Titan concert tour — fans may recall Attack on Titan: Beyond the Walls – World Tour, which was built around a rock-orchestra format closely mirroring the original score. Symphony from Paradis takes a different approach entirely: it’s orchestra-first, concert hall-focused, with brand-new symphonic arrangements.
Those arrangements were curated by none other than the series’ original composers themselves — Hiroyuki Sawano (Seasons 1–3 and The Final Season) and Kohta Yamamoto (The Final Season). The orchestrations of Sawano’s compositions are being handled by Nobuko Toda, a collaborator he has long hoped to work with.
“I believe this will be a concert experience unique to this tour, allowing audiences to feel a new kind of expression and grandeur that only a full orchestra can deliver,” said Sawano.

The Manila dates are part of a worldwide run that kicks off in Europe and winds its way across continents.
It will make its world premiere with two performances at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall in London on October 17, 2026, followed by its Asian premiere at AsiaWorld-Arena in Hong Kong on November 1, 2026, and its American premiere at New York’s Carnegie Hall on January 10, 2027. The production will then embark on a global tour spanning multiple continents.
The Filharmonika Orchestra is a Manila-based ensemble affiliated with Film Concerts PH. Founded in 2005 by conductor Gerard Salonga and revived in 2024 after a decade-long hiatus, many of its musicians are veterans of the former ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra.
Joining them are the Philippine Madrigal Singers — a UNESCO-recognized Artists for Peace ensemble and one of the most decorated choral groups on the planet. They are the first choir in the world to have won the European Grand Prix for Choral Singing twice (1997 and 2007), and were designated the National Performing Arts Company for Choral Music under Republic Act 11392 in 2024.
