Korean drama Alchemy of Souls has unexpectedly captured the attention of viewers all around the world with its unique world and endearing characters. Set in the fictional country Daeho, the drama follows a group of young mages as they grow, learn about love, and fight against fate due to the twisted alchemy of souls that allows one to switch bodies. The story primarily follows the adventures of elite warrior Naksu, who was forced to shift her soul into the weak body of a blind girl named Mudeok and ended up becoming the maidservant of aspiring mage Jang Uk. But there’s more to the story than that (you have to give it a try and watch it yourself to appreciate the world-building and hilarious scenes of the drama!).
