Clear your weekend plans, art and matcha lovers! If your idea of a good time involves discovering local artists, collecting cute stickers, browsing handmade finds, and sipping on a good cup of matcha, there’s an upcoming event you’ll want to add to your calendar. Wet Market: Art Market is celebrating its third anniversary with a bigger creative gathering, and this time, it’s heading to Marikina!
Happening on October 17 and 18, 2026, at Marikhain Studio, the two-day celebration brings together an art market, a local brand row, and a mini matcha fest in one space. It’s part of Design Week Philippines 2026, with over 60 local artists and brands coming together for a weekend dedicated to Filipino creativity. And yes, entrance is completely free!

Whether you’re an avid sticker collector, an art enthusiast, or simply someone who can’t resist a cute little trinket, you’ll find plenty to browse at Wet Market: Art Market. The anniversary celebration will feature over 60 participating local artists and brands, offering everything from illustrations and stickers to pottery, crafts, and other creative finds.
It’s a great opportunity to discover new artists, support independent creatives, and maybe even find your next favorite piece to add to your collection.
What’s an art market without a little treat to keep you going? Matcha lovers are in for a treat because Wet Market: Art Market is also hosting a mini matcha fest, bringing together six matcha brands in one venue.
Participating matcha merchants include Elysian Matcha, Kuma, Kura Matcha, Nagomi Matcha, One Cup Matcha, and The Matcha Co.
Whether you’re looking for a matcha drink to enjoy while browsing or powders to take home and prepare yourself, there’s something to look forward to. Poke Bubs is also joining the food and beverage lineup.
Shopping isn’t the only thing on the agenda. Wet Market: Art Market is also bringing hands-on experiences for visitors who want to get creative. Look forward to a temporary tattoo workshop by BLINKED Tattoos and a felt portraits workshop by The Purple Penguin PH.
It’s a chance to try something new, explore a different art form, and make your weekend outing a little more memorable.
Want something more personal than your usual shopping haul? Visitors can have an artist draw their portrait on the spot, making for a unique souvenir from the event.
There’s also a flipbook photo booth where you can capture fun moments with your friends or your favorite market buddy. For sticker collectors, there will be plenty of opportunities to discover new designs from participating artists.
