Don’t you just love ramen? Who doesn’t love ramen? And who doesn’t love the affordable instant ones you can eat immediately? It’s a staple for quick meals or for emergency days — or just when you want a snack. The love is definitely there. But the Nissin Cup Noodles brand in Japan is taking things a step further. They’re asking — if given the chance, would you take a dip in a bowl of instant noodles? Their new ~bath toy~ may let you do just that.

The official Twitter account of Nissin Cup Noodles Japan posted a photo of a man in a bathtub filled with what seemed to be Cup Noodles soup and ingredients. “I made a bath toy that gives you the feeling of the ingredients of Cup Noodles,” the caption roughly translated.
Handmade

All the meat, shrimp, eggs, and other cup noodle ingredients you see floating in the bath are handmade. According to the brand, the ingredients are made from a sponge and coated with paint, so they easily float in water.

Unfortunately, it’s not yet available for commercial release. Since it’s handmade, the bath toy set was pretty difficult to make, so it seems it was only made for that particular photo shoot.

There have been other similar ideas in Japan, where customers are given the chance to have a bath in “a bowl of ramen.” There are spas in Japan that offer such baths even from so many years ago. The difference of the Nissin Cup Noodles version is that it seems you can take theirs home — if the brand actually commercializes it.
