It’s hard to believe that YouTube has already existed for 11 years. It has seen the demise of sites like Friendster, MySpace and LimeWire (let us all pause to honor them), but YouTube has stood its ground as the it video site. From this, some of the brightest Pinoys found their calling and have given us these awesome YouTubers.

You knew Bretman was going to be here. And for good reason. His makeup tutorials and random videos (the one with the prank calls is genius) are downright hilarious and it’s fun seeing a tutorial of a YouTuber tutorial of someone who doesn’t feel like he has to be pretty and pabebe in the whole video. Thank you for existing, Bretman. Just thank you.

Living in the Philippines for over two years now, Wil Dasovich has made his way to YouTube success with his vlogs, comedy antics and travel videos. Since he started vlogging, he has created videos of his crazy experiences in the Philippines (check out the one where he and his dad roamed around Manila talking in swardspeak).

Starting just last year on YouTube, Janina Vela’s already gotten almost 200,000 subscribers and over 12 million views overall. This isn’t surprising though since her videos are always quirky, relatable, well-made and catches the voice of a modern millennial girl in the PH. Janina’s a cute little bundle of sunlight you’d want to keep in your pocket for when you feel down and out.

Haley Dasovich (yes, Wil’s sister) just started vlogging six months ago but she’s already acquired over two million views. What makes Haley a must-watch is her down-to-earth California girl-turned-Manila-girl character she perfectly captures in her vlogs. She also created travel videos and they’re all wanderlust-inducing.

She’s also a sweet singer.

Yet another newbie on YouTube (she only started four months ago), Coraleen Waddell has garnered over two million views on her channel. Her vlogs are full of her relateable random adventures like getting her hair done, making DIY coconut oil, getting lost in Japan, among other things. She’s also currently a housemate in Pinoy Big Brother.

A visit to Ate Charon’s YouTube channel (and Twitter, IG and Snapchat) is like a breath of fresh, legit LOL. You’ll be breathless from laughing from his endless hirits and facial expressions to the point that you’ll wonder how someone can even be this witty. Just watch (all) his videos and you’ll get what we mean.
.
Try watching that last one without laughing.

AJ Rafael is the longest YouTuber on this list. Starting in 2006 with song covers, AJ Rafael has found his place in the Youtube celebrity list as one of the most successful musicians in the site. Now, he has collaborated with probably every YouTube musician and released his own album and EP with original songs. If you haven’t listened to any of his songs, here are just some of his most iconic videos:

You know those food videos you can’t stop watching after a long day at work? You know you won’t cook or have the energy to cook them, but it’s just so stress-reducing to watch beautiful things come together to become something even more beautiful. This is exactly the feeling you’ll get when watching Keone and Mari Madrid’s dance videos. Keone and Mari are husband and wife dance choreographers who do these awesome videos of themselves dancing to awesome tunes.
Another awesome thing about the duo is that their videos are shot against beautiful backgrounds, not just in their studio. Their dance concepts are also always A+, so as much as you enjoy watching them dance, you’ll feel envious of them, too, because you’ll really feel the love in their videos.

OH, KAYO NA!
Know of any other that should be on this list? Tell us about them below!

She is mostly seen on Twitter which she considers her first home even though she loathes with all her being its cancel culture (We can all grow and learn guys!).
