ARMYs and CARATs can look forward to an exciting treat for July. The long-awaited opening of the In the Soop Pop-Up Store in Manila at SM Mall of Asia is happening on July 1. In the Soop is a reality show where both South Korean boy bands BTS and SEVENTEEN are featured in separate seasons. Now, fans can get merch from their favorites with the store’s launch in the Philippines.

How to book a visit to In the Soop Pop-Up in Metro Manila

But as ARMY probably already knows, with pop-up stores like this, you’ll need to reserve a slot. It’s fairly easy though! Bookings are done via morningKall’s online booking platform. Your visit needs prior planning since reservations for the whole week open only once, every Wednesday at 1 PM. Last June 29, slots opened for the week of July 1-8. Here are the rest of the registration dates for July:

• July 6 registration for July 9-15 visit
• July 13 registration for July 16-22 visit

One slot is good for two people and each session is 45 minutes long so bring your ARMY/CARAT bestie! Once you’ve successfully booked a slot, present it to the staff at the Pop-Up for validation before entering.

Are walk-ins welcome?

Walk-ins are allowed if you’re in the area and you suddenly wanted to visit. However, online reservations are prioritized so if the slots are full, you might not get in at all. The Pop-Up can accommodate only 30 people at a time to comply with health protocols so expect a bit of a wait.

What can you expect inside the Pop-Up?

Lots of In the Soop-related merch, of course! While we’re yet to see which merch specifically the Metro Manila Pop-Up will hold, you can get sneak peeks from Weverse Shop, the official e-commerce platform for the K-pop groups. Expect to see shirts, sweaters, bags, pajama pants, slides, rugs, mugs, and other paraphernalia with In the Soop‘s official mascot Soopy.

You can find the In the Soop Pop-Up Store Metro Manila on the Lower Ground Floor of the South Main Mall at SM Mall of Asia. It will be open until October 1, 2022.
