Star Magic Ball is like our version of the Oscars’ red carpet: everyone raves about the attendees, their looks, and of course, the attires. It’s an annual fashion battle between stars. But aside from this, Star Magic Ball as a whole is a much-awaited gathering of some of the most talked-about personalities in the entertainment industry. People tweet, fans wait for the next Instagram stories and everyone would keep tabs on Facebook for the latest updates.

Just a few weeks ago, Arci Munoz was revealed to have had a nose job and people bashed her for it. Fast forward to the Star Magic Ball, of course, she was bombarded by the press with questions about her “new look”…until Bela Padilla, who was standing a few inches from Arci, turned to the press and said, “Can we focus on how beautiful she is tonight?” Bela just earned our hearts for that one!

A lot of ex-couples have crossed paths in the event, including Heart Evangelista and Daniel Matsunaga whose interaction was caught on cam. They greeted each other with high five and smiles, and their friendly rapport and expressions were just too cute!

While the attendees consist mostly of ABS-CBN stars, former Star Magic talents who are now with GMA Network were also invited to the event. Among those who were present were Kristine Hermosa, Megan Young, Mikael Daez, Heart Evangelista and Empress Schuck.

Remember when Maris Racal became a meme with her fierce look? She’s back at it again at the Star Magic Ball! This time, her on-screen love team, Inigo Pascual tried to calm her down, as seen in the photos. She just laughed the memes off and even tweeted the photos with a funny caption. What a sport!

We have no idea what exactly was going on when this photo was taken, but it seems like the two Barrettos were in some sort of argument based on their facial expressions. Later, Claudine Barretto’s interviews would prove otherwise; she even wants JoshLia to do a remake of her hit movie with Rico Yan, Dahil Mahal na Mahal Kita.
