Your streaming stats aren’t the only thing Spotify unveiled with their 2022 Wrapped campaign, they also announced top artists, albums, songs, playlists, and podcasts that showcase the vibrant kaleidoscope of more than 456 million listeners around the world. Most streamed tracks in the Philippines

Spotify recorded an almost 50% increase in Pinoy music streams this year, we definitely love local music! Here are the Philippines’ Top 5 tracks outranking global hits:

Zack Tabudlo wins big

If this were the Grammys, breakthrough artist Zack Tabudlo would be holding his own trophy right now. He has had a great year evidenced by his results in the Spotify 2022 Wrapped Philippines Top Lists.

Tabudlo secured the #3 spot in the Philippines Top Artist list and emerged as this year’s #1 Top Local Artist and #1 Top Male Artist. His cathartic album, Episode (2021), is also the second most streamed album in the country after South Korean sensations BTS’ Proof (2022). Episode even got more streams than Taylor Swift’s Red (Taylor’s Version) (2022). Tabudlo’s song, “Pano,” also placed fourth in the list of the Philippines’ top tracks.

• Your Listening Personality – An MBTI-inspired feature that not only tells you about the music you listen to but what that says about your music taste. Spotify will tell you which of 16 different Spotify-created Listening Personality types you are, based on your 2022 listening trends.
• Audio Day – This feature is an interactive story that gives you a peek into how your music evolves throughout the day.
• Your Artist Messages – This year, Spotify expanded to include personalized thank you messages from more than 40,000 artists like Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, J Balvin Måneskin, and more.

This time of the year is truly a celebration for music lovers and Spotify wants to wrap up the year with a memorable experience.
