Someone might need to send an S.O.S., because the Jonas Brothers are reportedly reuniting to record new music! According to US Weekly, multiple sources have confirmed that the brothers will be dropping the “Brothers” from their band name and from now on will be called as JONAS.

There are also reports that the brothers flew all the way to London to discuss their reunion and major comeback, even planning on making a documentary.

The Jonas Brothers announced their breakup in October 2013, nearly 6 years ago, after they suddenly cancelled their planned tour days before it was bound to start. Even before today’s news, the band already sparked reunion rumours last year when they reactivated their Instagram account.

While no official announcement from the brothers has been released, the Twitterverse couldn’t contain their excitement, with internet sleuths even noticing newlywed Nick Jonas liking some Jonas Brothers-related tweets.

A lot has happened since the Jonas Brothers announced their split; Nick and Joe both pursued solo careers, and Joe found further success as the frontman of pop band DNCE. Both brothers also got engaged with high-profile actresses, Joe with GOT actress Sophie Turner, and Nick with Priyanka Chopra, with the latter couple tying the knot late last year.
