What is Masungi Georeserve Moonlit Symphonies?

Twinkling stars, the chilling highland breeze, and entrancing music – these are just some of what await guests of Moonlit Symphonies at Masungi Georeserve. This special night under the stars isn’t a hike but a gentle journey through three spaces in the forest.

Visitors will be serenaded by an intimate quartet of wind and string instruments as they move through the hills. Expect some classic and contemporary pieces as your background as you explore and walk around the venue.

Enjoy delectable food, too

Just when you think Moonlit Symphonies can’t get any more romantic, the evening event also comes with a dinner experience, which is co-curated by Masungi Georeserve’s partner. On its initial run during the holidays, the inaugural meal was curated by Soil Bespoke Private Dining, and guests were treated to dishes inspired by the Rizal-Quezon-Laguna. The following were served for dinner:

• Welcome Snacks: Blackened Tofu Skewer, Kesong Puti & Tomato Confit Toast, Ensaladang Talong with “Mangga’t Bagoong” Pie Tee
• Starters:  Shrimp Bisque with Noodles & Grilled Pineapple
• Mains: Grilled Chicken Inasal with Dayap and Tanglad, Crab in Cotton Fruit Purée, Salt-Baked Dapa
• Desserts:  Cassava Cake with Salted-Egg Crumble, Banana Fritters, Black Rice Ice Cream
