Pinoy kid interviews Bea Alonzo

In a now-viral video uploaded by Tiktok user @humptydumb, her brother is seen approaching and interviewing actress Bea Alonzo while in a hawker center in Singapore. The Tiktok user wrote: “My brother just sent me this video and said he met someone on their trip to Singapore.”

At the start, the young boy was talking in Bisaya, saying how he saw an actress in Singapore. “I wonder why she’s famous,” he said in Bisaya, right before approaching Bea and asking her exactly that.

“Excuse me, what are you famous of?” the young boy asked, to which Bea answered: “I’m a movie actress, so maybe that’s it.”

He also asked why she was in Singapore, and the actress said they were there to celebrate her boyfriend’s birthday. The young boy also asked what she thought of Singapore, how many days she’s staying there, and other random questions like her favorite food and favorite destination.

At the end of the video, Bea’s fiance Dominic Roque was seen sitting down beside her, while the young boy was pulled away by his parents.

Many netizens agreed how cute the young boy was for “casually interviewing Bea Alonzo for free.” Commenters loved how he had lots of guts and confidence to approach the actress, while also interviewing her in English. The young boy’s sister joked that he could even make it in the showbiz world.

One netizen also speculated how the young boy can turn this experience into a great story to tell in the future.

Some also praised Bea’s poise and patience in answering all of the young boy’s questions. It seems he suddenly went up to her, so netizens loved that Bea was still very much accommodating.

Others, meanwhile, pointed out how the young boy’s questions were reminiscent of an immigration officer’s most common questions.
