The Philippine craft beer industry is still young, but it’s definitely growing. Proving that it’s hard to resist the underdog’s charm, more and more Pinoys are supporting micro-brewed and home-brewed beers. After all, most would love a bottle of ice cold beer that’s without extenders, produced in small batches and packed with flavor.
You’ll find home-brewed beers from Iligan, Palawan, Bacolod, etc. But thankfully, there’s no need to go out of town for craft beer. Bars, restaurants and shops are already carrying these labors of love.
Here are 8 of the best places to get your fix of craft beer this weekend!

It’s commendable that an upscale joint like Niner Ichi Nana, which houses a plethora of imported booze, supports the local microbreweries’ beer. This means the quality of home-brewed beers are definitely up to par with the imported ones.
