This title according to Netflix: A high school becomes ground zero for a zombie virus outbreak. Trapped students must fight their way out — or turn into one of the rabid infected.

Netflix is bringing us another dark and gritty original from South Korea. Based on a popular webtoon of the same name, this thriller drama follows a group of high school students who become trapped inside their campus when zombies start wreaking havoc. The main cast is composed of young actors Yoon Chan-young, Park Ji-hoo Cho Yi-hyun, Park Solomon, and Yoo In-soo, with support from veterans like Bae Hae-sun (Happiness, Hotel del Luna) and Kim Byung-chul (Sky Castle, Goblin, Descendants of the Sun).

This title according to Netflix: In a post-apocalyptic world rocked by a violent android uprising, a young pregnant woman and her boyfriend desperately search for safety.

This dystopian thriller sees Chloë Grace Moretz and Algee Smith as Georgia and Sam, a couple on a treacherous journey of escape after an unexpected war against artificial intelligence breaks out. But things are made more difficult by the additional risk of Georgia’s pregnancy. They struggle to reach a stronghold, hoping to reach safety before giving birth.

Available on Netflix starting January 7.

 

Snowpiercer (Season 3)

This title according to Netflix: Earth has frozen over and the last surviving humans live on a giant train circling the globe, struggling to coexist amid the delicate balance onboard.

After being banished for their plot to take back Snowpiercer, Layton (Daveed Diggs) and Ruth (Alison Wright) made it back to the train and rallied their supporters. But after being separated from the head of Snowpiercer, they need to find a warm location to restart civilization.

Available on Netflix starting January 25.

 

The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window

This title according to Netflix: Mixing wine, pills, casseroles and an overactive imagination, Anna obsesses over a hunky neighbor across the street and witnesses a murder. Or did she?

In this darkly comic crime thriller, Kristen Bell stars as the heartbroken Anna who spends her days drinking wine, staring out her window, and watching life go by. When a handsome neighbor (Tom Riley) and his daughter move in across the street, she finds herself in better days. Until she witnesses a murder . . . or did she?

Based on a horror podcast of the same name, this thriller show follows archivist Dan Turner, who takes on a mysterious job collecting and restoring damaged videotapes from 1994. The tapes feature the work of documentary filmmaker Melody Pendras as she investigates a dangerous cult.

The romcom show that started the JaDine craze, On the Wings of Love follows the story of two very different people — Clark, a boy living his American life, and Leah, a simple girl with an American dream — and how they are brought together by circumstances, forced to marry so they can legally live and work in the US.
